This page explains how to request deletion of your Vibe account and associated data.
How to request deletion
- Email us at info@reckless-technologies.net from the address linked to your account.
- Include the subject line: Delete My Account.
- Tell us whether you want a full account deletion or only specific data removed.
What will be deleted
- Profile details (name, email, avatar).
- App usage data tied to your account.
- Any user-generated content stored in your account.
What we keep (and for how long)
- Transactional records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes are retained for up to 7 years.
- Minimal audit logs may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion.
Processing time
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
